ANSWER

Injuries, safety-related incidents, or safety concerns on campus or while participating in University business should be reported within 24 hours.

ALL EMPLOYEES REQUIRED ACTIONS

Employees are required to report all injuries immediately
USe the Incident Report to file an injury, incident, or safety concern or call EH&S at x46200

SUPERVISOR REQUIRED ACTIONS

Supervisors are responsible to ensure employees receive appropriate medical attention
- Call 9-1-1 for life threatening emergencies
- Go to Urgent Care Facilities as appropriate
- Notify the Workers' Compensation unit
