Role of Supervisor

A supervisor’s main role in facilitating the success of Worksite Wellness programs is to:   

  • Be a role model
  • Provide the tools and resources that the employees can use to keep themselves on the right track
  • Communicate and share wellness messages with staff members
  • Create an environment and culture that supports wellness.
