ANSWER:

  1. Employees must sign in to their At Your Service Online (AYSO) account
  2. Choose “Current Enrollments” under the “Health and Welfare” option.
  3. Employee can only make changes within their Period of Eligibility (PIE) if they have not confirmed those choices. Once confirmed, no changes can be made on benefit elections until Open Enrollment.
  4. If an employee currently holds a position eligible for Core or Limited Benefits and accepts a position that is eligible for Full Benefits, they will need to use a UPAY 850 form to enroll in additional benefits if previously enrolled using AYSO.
  5. Employees are also encouraged to check their pay stubs on a regular basis for enrollment information.
