- Contact your Campus Human Resource Business Partner for full cycle recruitment assistance to initiate the recruitment process which includes:
- Phase 1: Job Posting – Position essentials are determined and positions are posted. Recruiters initiate the job posting phase by submitting a requisition using the online Quick Requisition tool.
- Phase 2: Sourcing Candidates and Application Review – Candidates are identified for interview. Recruiter performs sourcing activities, and reviews all application submittals.
- Phase 3: Candidate Interviews – Determine top finalist. Search committee performs first and second round of finalist interviews.
- Phase 4: Selection – Select a competent finalist. UCI Human Resources Recruiter and Hiring Manager meet to review feedback from interviews, reference checks, and verification information.
- Phase 5: On-boarding – Employee is hired and able to work on the first day. Human Resources initiates process which may include:
